Hiring Finance Manager

Finance Manager bilingual English/Mandarin preferred Sacramento, CA
What You'll Be Doing:

· Direct and oversee financial activities of solar cell manufacturing and commercial and private consumer sales.
· Provide financial reporting, projections, and accounting oversight.
· Prepare company growth plans and manage the financial risks of the corporation.
· Conduct detailed industry, business and financial due diligence on prospective investments
Prepare in-depth financial and data analysis for potential investments, including customer and management references, market sizing and mapping, and industry research.
· Maintain knowledge of existing investments and monitor financial performance.
· Support portfolio company management teams on special projects.
Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred.
· Previous experience as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) or Controller.
· Senior financial management experience in technology and/or manufacturing.
· Experience in management as AR, AP, credit, collections and chargeback.
· Strong experience in credit analysis.
· Ability to think strategically as well as function in a task-oriented, hands on environment.
· Strong working knowledge of Federal and State corporate tax codes, sales taxes, payroll taxes, business and personal property taxes, government reporting and personal income taxes, experience with GAAP.
· Ability to measure appropriate levels of financial risk.
· Maintain high level of integrity.
