Summary of the Role
The Warehouse Assistant will communicate with clients to coordinate and schedule projects, with a focus on communication skills to seamlessly process forms as well as organize travel for employees.
Responsibilities
The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for communicating with clients to coordinate and schedule projects.Organize project statistic forms for a variety of projects, such as filing part return forms.Look over paperwork and forms to ensure that they have been properly completed and filled out with no errors.Organize travel for employees (flights, car rentals, and hotels)Engage in general office duties
