My wife and I are moving into a new place at the end of October and we would like to find someone to take over our lease moving forward. The apartment is a large 1b/1ba unit at MODE Apartment located at 2099 Pacific Blvd in San Mateo. For the remainder of our lease (Nov. 1 - Jan. 6, 2021), we are offering a reduced rent of $2800/month. Onward, the monthly rent will be at market value. Gas and Internet are included in the rent.

The property's location is very convenient and is close to everything. Hayward Park Caltrain station, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, etc. are all within walking distance. The unit has a quiet courtyard view and a lot of sunlight in the afternoon. Interior amenities include a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, hardwood floor in the living room and kitchen, in-unit laundry, on-site parcel lockers for shipping and delivery, and so much more! Shared indoor amenities (gym, yoga studio, and lounge) are currently closed due to covid-19. Outdoor amenities include lots of new outdoor furniture, BBQ area, a ping pong table, a foosball table, and a dog park.

This is a small (only 2 buildings) and well-kept community and all of the neighbors are great. The property manager and leasing staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, which keeps your life much easier during this pandemic.
