1. You will have your own bedroom(un-furnished) and **INDEPENDENT** bathroom (浴室非常宽敞) for $1175 per month (您的房间也较另一间宽敞)
2. We will share the fee for the wifi, utilities, trash, PG&E, you only need to pay 1/3.
3. ** Laundry / Dryer included in the unit ** (洗衣机烘干机在Unit里面丶所以你不用去外面的公共地方洗衣)
4. You have the full access to the kitchen
5. Free gym and swimming pool available
