DSC Laser and Skincare Center was founded in 2005 by Tony K. Shum MD following his philosophy of combining beauty with grace. Board certified and a graduate of UC Berkeley, Yale, UCLA, and USC, Dr. Shum has over 30 years of medical expertise to give clients elegant and natural-looking results.

One of Dr. Shum’s specialties is upper eye blepharoplasty cosmetic surgery, which, along with eyebag reductions and filler and Botox injections, has given total face rejuvenation to thousands of satisfied clients.

DSC's team of highly trained medical professionals and aestheticians offer numerous other services, including, but not limited to: Ultherapy, Thermage, laser treatments like IPL, Fraxel, Genesis, eCO2, and Titan to improve skin tone and texture and fight sun damage and pigmentation, scar treatments, tattoo removal, laser hair removal, soothing facials, and body contouring treatments. DSC offers free consultations to determine the status and needs of each individual client.
