Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls and emails, addressing inquiries and providing accurate information
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or promote new offers
- Communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin to assist bilingual customers
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service delivery

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle high call volumes
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is highly desired
