Position Summary:
ALLCPR (ALL of us should learn CPR) is a leading community emergency training network in North America, founded in Silicon Valley in 2022 by the USJ Education Group . ALLCPR specializes in CPR, BLS, and AED training as well as first aid product and service solutions for individuals, families, and corporate groups. Today, ALLCPR has grown into an internationally recognized brand in emergency training. It is an American Red Cross Primary Licensed Training Provider (PLTP) and an American Heart Association (AHA) Training Partner and was honored with the 2024 American Red Cross Achievement Award for its outstanding achievements in community emergency training. ALLCPR has established over 160 community emergency training centers across 35 U.S. states, supported by more than 200 full-time and part-time instructors. ALLCPR trains approximately 7,000 participants each month, with over 100,000 individuals trained to date.Through its proprietary AI Agent Management Platform, ALLCPR has achieved intelligent, end-to-end digital management—from registration and instruction to assessment and certification. The organization is also actively expanding into China, Canada, and Australia, advancing its global development strategy to build a truly international community emergency training ecosystem.
To support our nationwide growth and operational efficiency, we are seeking an innovative and technically skilled AI Agent Development Technician. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom AI-powered tools that automate internal workflows and enhance both staff and student experiences. You will work across departments to identify bottlenecks and build intelligent agents (chatbots, automations, scripts, etc.) that directly support business needs.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of software development, process automation, and emerging AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
AI Agent Development: Design and build AI-powered tools, including chatbots, automations, and workflow assistants to enhance operational efficiency.
System Integration: Develop API and webhook connections that seamlessly link AI agents to internal systems such as CRMs and scheduling platforms.
Optimization & Maintenance: Monitor, debug, and continuously improve AI agent performance to ensure stability, scalability, and security.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with departments like Operations, HR, and Customer Service to identify automation needs and deploy practical AI solutions.
Documentation & Training: Maintain clear code documentation and provide user guidance or training sessions for non-technical teams adopting AI tools.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline.
Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python or JavaScript, with understanding of REST APIs and automation frameworks.
AI/Automation Experience: Familiarity with tools such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), Dialogflow, or LangChain.
System Knowledge: Experience integrating systems via APIs or working with LLM-based frameworks like OpenAI.
Preferred Background: Prior experience in building internal workflow tools or automations for business operations.
